Note to new users:
This is the on-line registration sight for Green Hope Bands. All students accepted into the band have been entered into the database. The first time signing in the login is: flast### ("f" - first initial, "last" - full last name, 3-digit number assigned), password is: last### (first 4 letters of last name followed by assigned ID number )- see Band Director for ID number. Example of Username and Password for John Smith with a code of 104 - Username: jsmith104, Password: Smit104.
On first login, fill out the Student Information and Parent Information forms. Parents will get login and password when filling out Parent Information. This will be displayed for you, please make a note of your parent login and password.
Many of the forms need to be completed by both the student and a parent. By having a separate logins for students and parents, each party can go through the process of registering and acknowledgement of information will be recorded under each login. When the registration process is complete, you are asked to print out the "Check List", sign it and bring it with you to the meeting. The "Check List" will be documentation that you have completed the registration process and have agreed to the rules and requirements of participating in this years band.
